Order Tracking

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.


  • Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for a refund.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay a reshipping fee before the order can be sent again.
